I believe the pink mp7 codes were not actually those, but a normal 7 day mp7
We just handed out the codes we were given, and it's still a free item =]

Sorry that it was not as advertised.
You could try a support ticket, but not sure if they would actually amend it, or if people should be happy to have won something in the first place =]

when i redeemed the code it actualliy did say i had won the 90 days mp7 pink hmm..

You are not the only one. I also received a mp7-pink code and redeemed it yet I got nothing.
These events are nice but the fact that this is happening just seems so unprofessional.

Btw, I already receive my item from one of the prices (not mp7 pink) so I'm thinking this is only happening to those who won that mp7? o-o

They said if there is something wrong with the code's you should use Support Ticket

No, they should message me.

The MP7-Pink 90 Day code contained a MP7 Normal 7 Day. This is not my fault but the one who generated the code and it has nothing to do with unprofessionality. We didn't notice this mistake until some players redeemed the code, so we had no chance to edit it.

We are sorry for that, but at least you still got a free item.
