Very. It's so obvious. I thoroughly believe anyone who makes that claim. May seem that way because the Egyptian kids are on VPN's after their static addresses get banned. UNLESS YOU ARE SAYING:

I have actually seen that quite a lot o.o I'd always see some 60-70 pinged guy saying he's from the UK (which is possible) so I thought he must be from Liverpool but then he said he's from London and I know straight away he wasn't. So I had some fun by asking him more questions and laughing my head off with his responses loooooool I asked him why his ping was high, he replied "my bing is normal" he clearly knew nothing about London too xD -

And it's completely different to a CF situation. Someone says something, it sticks and then it spreads then it becomes regular. That's why there's been a wide spread of Egyptian insults.
What makes someone using a M12s a noob? What makes using zp weapons noobish? Why the f am I not allowed to knife in sniper only?!?!? There's a long list.
Someone starts something and people blindly just go along with it to the point they believe it too. I'm sorry that a few obvious hackers from Egypt don't know how to hack properly. When I hack I do it properly, so that people think I'm just good. (Joke, or am I?)
It's not right to judge a whole nation because of a little children at Internet cafes. That being said people just need something to ventilate their anger at. A Egyptian that hasn't done anything is an easy target and that's why you are hated as an Egyptian. You just need to hope that all these European/American hackers are caught more often, so at least you could defend yourself. -

I would generalize that most NA players stop playing cf between midnight - 2a.m. or so, due to them having school or work on weekdays. Anytime after 10 p.m. (U.S. Central time) you will notice a considerable increase in hackers and a major decline in playability. Just about any room you join then has at least 2 hackers in it. This is the peek time that middle easterners are flooding CFNA. They don't type in English and are only here to ruin the experience for others. Even during the day, they are still poisoning the game with their cheats.
I know that there are people that use cheats from US and Canada, but they pale in comparison to the amount of cheats from the middle east.

Players who care about our game & wish to not lose this 'WAR' of legit players versus hackers, then they should suggest in 'suggestions' innovative ideas to reduce/eradicate these ignorant & violating gamers who seek to vandalise game fun for everyone.
We need more players to speak up & try capture Mod's attention to pass on our ideas/concerns to the higher staff/Dev's, otherwise we will never be heared, thus never see improvements around here. -

I'm sure they are aware the distaste for middle eastern players in our NA/UK CF. Whether they decide to hear us and act on it is their decision. But this should have been addressed a long time ago. IMO they should have included the Middle East when they IP banned/blocked the German region. -

I think you're mistaking low ping and better reg for "cheats". Not saying it doesn't happen but low ping cheaters are much rarer. -

High ping does make a lot of things look like cheats, mostly because what the server sees and what the client sees are two different things. High pings causes low ping players to look like Shoot-through walls, see through walls, 1-hit kills, and no damage hackers to high ping players if they don't know about ping and how it works.
Now with that being said, when I do find a NA/UK players hacking, they are usually destroying others on a whole new level then the average middle-east hacker. Things like 400 kills and only a dozen deaths in TDM type scenarios. When a NA player is hacking, they tend to use it to its full ability.
Over the past 2 weeks I've seen 6 blatant low ping hackers in NA servers, but hundreds of 150+ ping blatant hackers in the same time. Most of the Blatant high ping hackers couldn't even manage a 1.0+ KDR, all 6 of the low ping blatant hackers were going 25.0+ KDR's.
Most Middle East hackers hack because they don't stand a chance with out them.
Most NA/UK hackers hack because it their last FU to CF or are simply bored. -

I can't help but agree completely with this post.
I just played a festival S&D game. On my team there was 1 hacker. On the other were 2 hackers. all three hackers in the game had over 150 ping which is almost impossible to get on NA soil (unless you play on a potato).
At least 5 people tried to kick the hackers but all the other hackers or "high pingers" would instantly f12.
I thought I could play S&D safely without having to deal with any hackers because most seem to just sit in Egypt lobbies all day. It's now so bad that any lobby you enter there is 80% chance of a hacker in the lobby. The problem is that it's blatantly obvious hacking going on, i.e. super speed and aim bots. 80% of the time you can't kick the hackers because everyone in the lobby either don't like NA players (are foreign) or support the hacker in some way (maybe they hack too.)
Anyways this situation is getting out of control. xTrap released a "MAJOR" update...and that "MAJOR" update got rid of the hackers for not even three weeks. I know Z8 doesn't control xTrap and how they do things but it's really sad that players that pay to support this game have to deal with this.
It would be so easy for Z8 to reduce the amount of hackers to just IP ban the hackers or just create a client error for people using a speed hack...Z8 need to take this burden on themselves and stop relying on a 3rd party company to shoulder this.
Less time ripping people off with back market and money grab crates and more effort on the fight against hackers.
