Sooo whatever happened to a qualifier LAN for CF Stars?

I'm personally disappointed with how it is being ran for 2014. 2013 was a mess but it was better.

Who wants to come to a LAN in Chicago?

Everyone pays a fee of $40 or so. Winner goes to China, 2nd/3rd/4th/etc get prize money from fees.

To my knowledge, the plans for CFS didn't come in from above Z8Games until just recently. So trying to plan a LAN around WCG and the upcoming holidays? Not happening lol. We're doing the best we can with what time we have been scheduled to pick the teams.

I think if we're having the LAN qualifer for cfs then there should be 4 teams like WCG. It will get more viewers from UK, Brazils, and globals when we stream

Cant be shorter notice than the day before Winter Cup announcing its actually for CFS and not just 100k zp.

They have to have the team selected by the beginning of January and you want a LAN in January. Be glad you're even getting a chance at China.
