IDK what education you guys had but anything I deal with is legal. But this isnt the time nor place to talk about it on here.

School: Will not interfere as I have a year off.

Work: Current job I can get time off, if I accept a friends business offer and partner with him I am not so sure.

Money: Potentially a problem. Work going well, but have to pay rent/student loan/expenses. Have money aside, hope to keep it there.

Distance: USA isn't an option for me this year. Toronto is perfect, Montreal or Vancouver is second best.

Time: Overall not really an issue. Depending on location hotel expense could affect my time at a LAN, unless I can stay at someone's place.

Really hope to actually make it and meet some of the great CF players in NA.

Toronto LAN all the way! not that it really matters to me I'll travel anywhere.

OT: JPurvis is a genius and a good guy for doing what he is doing so if you don't like what he is trying to do (Which is help people in multiple ways and allow them to attend more events) then keep your comments to yourself this community needs to realize that all the negative comments just make everyone look immature.
