It's impossible for any server to stay online 100% of the time. Even Hospital servers go down at times, and they have some of the best (I've seen a Hospital server soom before, trust me when I say it's epic )

So when the servers go down, there's nothing anyone can do about it. Maybe their power went out, maybe a cable got pulled, who knows, it's part of hosting a free online game.
