You're thinking a so wrong way...man, don't you understand that not purchasing ZP will slow down their money income and to keep the game they will have to do something about all those cheaters? Think a bit, it isn't that hard...

PS. Everyone spam macro on CF to let other players know not to purchase ZP (don't forget to add as macro also the reason - it will force z8games to work for better game). Join me, make it stop!

Telling people to not buy any ZP will not sort out anything. Yeah it may slow down their income but I doubt that they would just suddenly do something just because they lost a small income.

Well what else is there to really do, there are many hacking websites which create different hacks daily and update daily aswell, they are starting to become a real pain and I don't think this would sort it out in any way.

Petitions are not allowed lol. You can stop buying ZP, no problem... but asking others now to do what YOU want to do, well that's a no-no in terms of forum rules lol.

Anyways, let's just say that everyone does stop buying ZP. They'll just go out of business at a faster time frame because a revenue stream goes dry.
You're thinking like it's the US government shutdown... that the power of the purse is a powerful weapon to get immediate results. Not exactly. The threat of it, sure... but in it's application everyone gets bit in the ass.

OT: The F2P model is a real selling point for me to be playing this game. Take that away and I'll probably finally leave.

Yeah no one purchase ZP so that they cannot get any more money to keep Crossfire up and it would then probably get shut down. They have enough money as it is to last a fair time but how on earth will not buying ZP fix anything?

    Who said it would?

I don't buy ZP anymore for a couple of reasons, it's just you don't support something you don't think is worth it.

I used to spend a lot of money on ZP, to help the game keep alive and to get some decent stuff but tbh now even though CF is a good game I couldn't care less if it shut down, in fact I don't think it would shut down.

Smilegate would just not renew the contract with Z8 and let more professional people take on the license if Z8 were making a very little.
  • If hackers are willing to pay a monthly fee for their hack to be updated, then they can muster up the $1 needed to play Crossfire.

Sure some would but tbh most are children from third world countries and they don't have much if any money, nevermind credit cards. Free ZP surveys can only be done after an account was made:D

I think this idea would stop about 90% of the hackers if not more. Although some could just change IP etc etc etc and get back on but some won't and anything is a plus.
  • Some people don't have access to payment options for the fact that they do not own a Credit Card, bank account, or whatever the necessary requirement for that method would be, therefor Crossfire would lose the majority of their players, and the game would die.
  • Well unsure if somoene reads this post still, but recently there are thousands of WALKING THROUGH WALLS hackers which makes the game unplayable
