It's not personal information if it's posted in a public listing. It's public information at that point.

i used that as an example! but he should be banned for posting my personal information of which being my forum account name, "awfulfallout."

Indeed, while his xfire may be considered personal information, it was made public record when he willingly placed it on this list. Let's not argue over "rules" when a thread was made breaking rules in the first place. If you have something you need to say to Fizzeq, there are PM's for that. Closed.
