  • You join it, you sell to family and friends and tell them to join, you make a commission. That is what pyramid schemes are. I go to USC Marshall and vemma fits the description of a pyramid scheme. Idk why you try so hard to defend something that is obviously wrong. I rest my case, you are pathetic. If you need money, go beg. Stop trying to bring people into a pyramid scheme.

They can in return get others to join. If I were to not do anything in Vemma. I wouldn't make anything.

I bet you dont even know who the structure works. The structure that Vemma has prevents a pyramid scheme from even occurring. Do so real research besides pulling it out of your ass.

Im not going to say who but if this person that I have been talking to joins, he can make more than I can in Vemma due to the outreach of people he has.

Go take your wild accusations elsewhere.

Which is exactly what a pyramid scheme is. How about you tell me how this is not a pyramid scheme. Go get a real job.

You have yet answered my questions before.

Im waiting. Tell me how Vemma is a Pyramid scheme.

You make me laugh from your stupidity

I already told you how it is a pyramid scheme. You join a team to recruit others that earn you commission. It is simple as that. You are calling me stupid when I study business at a much more reputable school. The true idiot is you, who is absolutely clueless and does not have any plans after high school.

All I hear from you is "oh look a MLM, must be a pyramid scheme". Yes there are illegal MLM's that have been shutdown.

Taeyeon if you were to get into Vemma under me, you CAN make more than me. How the hell is that a pyramid scheme? Explain

except everything I make will still give you a profit. I do not why you try to defend a lost clause.
  • On top of that
Please do not use the Cross Fire forums to promote the buying or selling of any real world goods and services.
Good bye thread, I believe infraction must be given for promoting pyramid schemes.

By that logic, please tell me how I make more than 4 levels of people above me in Vemma?

In what logic did you get that a the people at a higher pyramid level will make more than ones at a lower level? Just because it is a pyramid scheme does not mean the people at the top of the pyramid will make more money than the ones lower than it. It is the fact that I can recruit people who are into vemma and make tons of profit while all I do is watch my bankroll go up.

You know that a "Pyramid Scheme" would mean that the people on top or higher up will make more than those below right? Thats why it isnt a Pyramid scheme.

No it is not, go to school. You do not even study business. The fact that you make money when we sign up to the team makes it a pyramid scheme.
  • LANJPurvis wrote: »

It is still a pyramid scheme no matter how you look at it.

What part of this is a pyramid scheme?

Are you saying that because it looks like a pyramid? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZiw15VgWoI&oref

I guess most jobs are pyramids too(more low paid employees than high paid Executives).
The organization of the Church is a pyramid (More Pastors than Deacons).
The ranks in CF is a pyramid(alot more low ranks than high ranks).

Now unfortunately there are non-legit MLM's that only allow those who are higher up to make more, which is illegal. Pyramid Schemes are ILLEGAL and will be shutdown by the FTC. So if you feel that Vemma is a scam or a pyramid scheme, go ahead a contact them.

By definition a pyramid scheme is where the people who are in the business first or higher up will always make more than others. But anyone can make more than their recruiters. For example, I make more in Vemma than the guy above me does.

People have always complained about the CF Black Market being a scam, is it? People spend their money on it hoping they will win a pixelated gun but sometimes they come up empty. In this case its a matter of luck. The same thing can go for a MLM like Vemma, the more effort you put into the better the outcome.

So before you go assuming what you think is correct, please do proper research before making a fool of yourself.

Dude, the only person making a fool out of himself right now is you. It's obviously a pyramid scheme. The FTC has published reports on how ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes in general are sketchy. That includes organizations like Vemma, even if this particular group hasn't been shut down by government "regulators" (yet). These schemes are inherently...pick your adjective. Vemma is a pyramid scheme. It is not trustworthy. That you would defend them makes me think you're not trustworthy. Maybe your intentions are in the right place, but your head ain't.
  • No it is not, go to school. You do not even study business. The fact that you make money when we sign up to the team makes it a pyramid scheme.

Nope, not in Vemma. I have to get so many people first before I can get a single dime. TBH Vemma is hard to get into due to the fact how much effort you have to put in to make something.

Oh btw, at my Full Time job, we have a referral bonus now. We need more people, so if I get someone to start working at my job and work atleast 250 hours, I would get $100 and there is no limit. Is that a pyramid scheme?

Got proof of a legit Org like the FTC claiming Vemma is a ponzi scheme?

The only reason why it is not shut down yet is because they still sell some kind of product. However, it constitutes as a pyramid scheme because you have to pay to be able to sign people up and you make money off of people you sign up.

Lol. The government has said that pyramid schemes are bad, to put it in simple terms. Vemma is a pyramid scheme. There are lots of pyramid schemes. Do you expect the FTC to condemn every single one? Most people have never even heard of Vemma before. Your logic is that because no government organization has explicitly called out Vemma specifically, it must not be a pyramid scheme and it must be legit. Do you need the government to tell you when you need to pee, too?

For 1 the government or any other organization will shutdown Vemma because it is NOT a pyramid scheme to begin with.

As I said before, the reason why you and other think this is a scheme is due to other MLM's making it look bad. They try to sell ****ty products for a crazy profit. They make it way to easy for people upline to make easy cash.

Go read the compensation plan for Vemma before you make a biased comment about it

True MLM companies do not require you to pay money to join. shut up and apply to your neighbourhood community college

You can join Vemma without paying idiot. OMG you never did research about Vemma did you? Cause if you did, you would know that you wouldn't have to pay to join. I just got some Verve.

You are an idiot, just because they require you to purchase an overpriced product does not mean it's not a membership fee.

Red bull is the same price.... Must be a scam

Redbull has built a reputation to be able to sell their product at that price. Vemma is some third-rate product that most people do not even know about. The demand for the product is much lower than red bull. Anyone with any amateur level econ education will tell you the price for vemma drinks are inflated. Apples and oranges, you autistic or something?

How does that have to do with anything with what I said?

    Facepalm. Okay, I'm done.

Yes, Red Bull is very well known but Vemma is getting well known.

You're bad at math. Taeyeon hasn't even tried to swing at me yet. Everything he says right now is invalid because he thinks Vemma is a pyramid scheme.
