There has been no legal credible group that has claimed it to be a scheme in anyway.
I guess the black market is a scheme too -

Someone who is already deeply involved in the scam will obviously have his head too far up his ass to realize it is a scam. I mean we're talking about a guy who compared multi level marketing to the black market.. -

Um... I'll just get my mangosteen from Smoothie King, tyvm. How hard is it to see that this is a pyramid scheme just like all the other turds who try to sugarcoat that fact with the term "MLM"? lol -

What part of this is a pyramid scheme?
Are you saying that because it looks like a pyramid? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZiw15VgWoI&oref
I guess most jobs are pyramids too(more low paid employees than high paid Executives).
The organization of the Church is a pyramid (More Pastors than Deacons).
The ranks in CF is a pyramid(alot more low ranks than high ranks).
Now unfortunately there are non-legit MLM's that only allow those who are higher up to make more, which is illegal. Pyramid Schemes are ILLEGAL and will be shutdown by the FTC. So if you feel that Vemma is a scam or a pyramid scheme, go ahead a contact them.
By definition a pyramid scheme is where the people who are in the business first or higher up will always make more than others. But anyone can make more than their recruiters. For example, I make more in Vemma than the guy above me does.
People have always complained about the CF Black Market being a scam, is it? People spend their money on it hoping they will win a pixelated gun but sometimes they come up empty. In this case its a matter of luck. The same thing can go for a MLM like Vemma, the more effort you put into the better the outcome.
So before you go assuming what you think is correct, please do proper research before making a fool of yourself. -
I know someone who makes decent money off vemma aswell,
Don't really care if its a scam or not, if it works for you cool, if it doesn't, that sucks
I did ALOT of looking around on Vemma before I got involved. The only negative things I found are review and flames from people that didnt do good in it. I never found 1 piece of evidence from a certified organization that says Vemma is a scam or a pyramid scheme.
Vemma has actual products which are drinks.
Lets do some comparisons. Red Bull as we all should know make 1 of the top selling energy drinks on the market. ( 1 8.3oz of Red Bull is $2.75 at my local store.) You go to the store, buy 1, drink it and repeat the cycle.
Monster does the same thing but with Monster you can trade in tabs for something like a hat or t-shirt.
Vemma however is different. Not only do you get the product that they make, you can make a business from it. Share it with friends and family and get them involved too. Verve ($2.70 per 8.3oz can) is the same price as a Red bull yet you can do so much more with Verve than you can with Red Bull. -

If you want money, ask for donations. No point in taking money from a pyramid scheme. Stop trying to sell useless crap on the forum. What is even funnier is that you guys are most likely not even sponsored, but merely part of a pyramid scheme. -

You must be a complete idiot if you think Vemma is a pyramid scheme.
No one will donate for a LAN from CF.
Please tell me in detail why Vemma is a pyramid scheme. And im not talking about other MLM's, just Vemma. -

You join it, you sell to family and friends and tell them to join, you make a commission. That is what pyramid schemes are. I go to USC Marshall and vemma fits the description of a pyramid scheme. Idk why you try so hard to defend something that is obviously wrong. I rest my case, you are pathetic. If you need money, go beg. Stop trying to bring people into a pyramid scheme.
Last I checked, Red Bull does not ask people to "join their team" and give them a commission on whatever they sell.
At least get a post secondary education.
