400 slot maxfrag servers aren't generally free, but I see your point. However we will have the ability to get more than this in the future if our partnership stays strong. You can't expect jerseys, gear, and money your first week though. That's unreasonable from a business perspective, and at the end of the day thats what OCG is.

There is never any need to support 400 users unless you're allowing like 30 teams to use your mumble

It's a start. They won't print a bunch of t-shirts for them if they are just going to disband in 2 weeks yknow. If they continue to dominate and perform in tourneys they'll grow bigger and get more things sponsored.

By partnership you mean sitting on their mumble doing absolutely nothing but gathering dust on your crossfire trophy case.

No, you can expect that when you are attending a LAN you have a great chance of winning. It is unreasonable from a business perspective (although you're just saying that, you have virtually no idea what you're talking about when it comes to business or sponsorships for that matter). Not sure how ocg is a business perspective.

Yeah but there's the thing. Usually quote on quote "sponsors" pick up good teams, (not saying Undaunted isn't good), that have already won tournaments. Most sponsors don't go "out on a limb," and pick up a team that hasn't really done anything special or out of the ordinary.

That's true. Undaunted has gotten a lot of achievements in the past although it doesn't look like they actually placed top 3. They just participated and placed 10th, 9th, etc.

gamevox gives a 200 slots server for free, and its actually pretty good.
