Need more FPS
My Laptop specs:
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics
I have all of my settings( in game settings, visual effects, 3D settings, power plan, etc) on max performance and I get 50 fps max. With all 16 players in a room I get 30 - 40 fps.
I tried using various Game Boosters and Razer Game Boosters = nothing. I also defragment my Hard Drive every week, check for viruses every 2-3 days and close EVERY unnecessary program before starting Crossfire. I also have no unnecessary programs on Start Up and I end Explorer.exe before starting Crossfire...
And I never got more than 60 fps in game.
Help me ASAP

The only way to get more FPS is buying a new computer with better hardware.
There's not magic program that will make your computer faster. -
windows xp sp3 will give you more fps and make the gameplay smoother.yeah I'm sure.
xp looks bad, but it's the best for your pc. you'll see a way better performance in game and any other application.
But I need to get that Drivers and stuff, idk how to do that.. -
-
1) Click Start
2) Right click on Computer, select properties
3) Click Advanced system settings
4) Go to Advanced tab
5) Click on Settings... in the Performance tab
6) Select Adjust for best performance
Download Razer Game Booster from the Razer website, make sure you aren't DLing a random program.
Select the lowest resolution in game.
Buy a good graphics card.
Close all other running programs while playing ingame. -

I feel you man, I'm using intel HD graphics and usually get an avg 10-15 FPS with 16 people in a room, either get a desktop, or clear out your harddrive, Gamebooster or any other programs do nothing... Good luck. -

' wrote:M[ostro***;3659792']How can I change graphics card on laptop?
And I always do everything you mention, except the razer game booster. Tried different game boosters, none of them helped much.
Some laptops only have specific types of parts that are allowed to be put into them. Some laptops are not even able to be messed with internally. Just depends on what you have. -

I'm not sure if I'm able to post links from another website, but all I did was Google search your computer and look at the manual. Looking at it and only doing a quick glance through, it seems as if you can only upgrade your memory (not sure if HD or RAM) with that model. If you're too lazy to do a search around the web or look at the manual, your best bet is to just call Sony support and ask. -

I'm not lazy, I've just searched and found out that I can upgrade RAM, INTERNAL HARD DRIVE and SOLID STATE DRIVE. I think only the RAM option help the most. The website says I can upgrade my 4GB(2GBx2) RAM to 8GB(4GBx2). But still, my Graphics card is trash... Will upgrading my RAM add lots of fps? Or just like +20, +30 fps more? Cause if it only adds max 30 fps I wouldn't bother spending my money(75.99 $) on this laptop. -
your problem is in your processor
look at mine and look at yours
Intel Core I5 2.50 GHZ up to 2.80
Rating : 4.9 (in case you couldn't read it )
Or
May be Be cause your graphic card doesn't belong to NVIDIA Family
look at my FPS
Try a new graphic card -

To be honest, I wouldn't bother buying anything new. You say you're running EVERYTHING on max settings and getting 50fps, try lowering some options. I'm sure you could easily get up to 70-80. I run everything on it's lowest setting (besides blood nad bullet trace) and get an average of 100-110. Try lowering some settings and see what happeneds. -

I meant I am running CF on "Best Performance" setting. I've tried everything man, but no positive results... Getting a new laptop is not a cheap option. I'll need to save up my money for months to afford that. -
be aware ... xp is must have for ur laptop ... cuz it doesn't have mouse, audiodg bugs wich affecting ur cpu ... but before u will install clean xp version be sure to store drivers for any hole of ur notebook. btw INTEL grafik chip the best brake for ur cpu.
