Read my original post please. I clearly said that the winner will be announced tomorrow. Nowhere did i state or mention that they will receive the prize tomorrow. -

Anyways, I'm trying to piece together this broken up English and my best response is this: I haven't broken any of the rules and the Z8Games forum should not be allowed to force a voluntary saint, who's willing to donate FREE ZP to a fellow forum user, to pay the winner even though he is facing an unpredicted fiscal issue. I'm only human. -

Anyway, I have been active for the past three months and that I give this Raffle the benefit of the doubt that indeed he will hand out a prize.

How long will you need to give the ZP to the winner? Although I'm sure you still won't gift, let's try not to be arrogant. Besides, I warned you. There is not such a rule because raffles like these weren't as frequent as they are now, hence why I warned you about that. -

So it's my fault that you guys aren't doing your jobs correctly? (Updating rules and such)
For the raffle, it depends on how much people participate. If i feel like it is not enough, the announcement of the winner will be pushed back, thus allowing for more participants. As for the previous winners, due to the very tight money budget i have right now, it may take me up to 6-7 months. Sorry for the inconvenience(to the winners). -
