ehhh, it's not the first time you making a fake raffle, but you did. Making a raffle means giving the prize to someone, otherwise it's betraying and trolling. Trolling is indeed banable.

No, but it wouldn't matter to them. I read somewhere that they keep login log and they could ban all accounts associated to one's IP if they want to.

That's under the pretenses that i purposely didn't give the winner of the VOLUNTARY raffle the DONATION. In my first raffle, i did it on purpose. However in the previous one, i couldn't due to unprecedented fiscal matters. However, I assure everyone that prizes WILL be handed out in the near future.
