Permanent Mutant Character
If you can buy permanent characters for in game. Why can you buy permanent Mutant characters?
IF these characters have special attributes of some sort then fine...Make it BM in a crate or slaughter tickets
It will be easy to make money
and more ppl will play HM/MM/HMX

Why do you think you can't?? So you will buy them and spend your ZP lol! and you already have a perm mutant... The maiden ETC is a ZP bonus but then again so is SPOP etc so yeah! if you would spend money on mutants +1 but i wouldn't waste my money....

I wonder what type of mutant they would introduce for permanent ownership?
We already have all of them... And seeing as most can be earned from daily missions, i dont see them introducing permanant MM characters.
They should focus on fixing the issues we currently have, not adding new characters to a mode that most people dont play anyway.
I love MM/HM/HMX, its one of the main game types I play, but I still dont see this happening.
Good idea though.

In mall i just got ma gold gat dual Deagles and Mutant magazine I kill em by myself and there are like 16 ppl standing there xD -
