Wait a second. My account that was made ages ago can still enter UK servers even tho I live in Italy right? But NEW accounts I make need to be with OVER 9000+ PING?
Well, it will be awesome that we will not have anymore hackers (because most egy's, turk's and BR's hack so if you ban them they cant play anymore?) but what about people who are new to the game and like in Europe and like a bit outside NA? What will they do? Live with the MILLION ping they'll have? -

all my clannies and friends are from nonNA/UK countries.
IP's that do not match with NA/UK directions will be unable to enter Bravo, Alpha, Echo, Foxtrot, UK1,UK2, etc. -
I play on UK and guess wut. Every egy I see aceing last round shoots threw walls. Trks are so pro that they dont have headphones but still prefire and headshot you while your shifting. In most peoples thoughts, yes they should be 'banned' if they are outside of NA, or UK. But, most foreign players (such as Brasil) paid a little, to A LOT of money during their time here, therefore if they were banned, that is technically stealing, and Z8 Games could be charged by the IC3 Department.

wrong, you agree to their ToS when you register for an account. They own the account and they can terminate your account whenever they want. -

Not necessarily all Egy's hack we just have a high ping.

You can still sue them if you didn't do anything wrong.
wrong, they're protected against this too in ToS.
One example would be if the game/company would close and every account would be lost. You still didnt do anything wrong in this case but you wouldn't be able to sue. -

Their ToS states if they break a rule, or do anything to doesn't abide by their rules, or services - then they CAN shut down an account. They CANNOT shut down an account because they want to.

They put the terms and you agreed to them.
Not alot of people read them but a minority of us did. -

It's like in LoL, there they hate french and russians because they can't play, it's nothing racist (most of us don't care), but 90% are truly bad and the 10% are rare (that can comunicate and play). -

Amazingly surcastic but almost true.
Except that when you agree to their ToS that is like a signed contract of you agreeing to their rules.
If the ToS says they own the account then they do.
If the law says they can't ban for no reason then they can't although they still own the account.
The account belongs to them.
But they can't break the low.
It's like having a toy but it's in another language you don't understand so you stay away so that you wont brake it.
