^^You can bring you own rig if you like, but due to everyone not being able to bring their own computer, we supplied them for you.
I will be bringing mine just for streaming purposes. We will have extra cables to set up for you if you want to bring yours. Hopefully there is enough jacks for extras.
Eh, people can PM me if they need stuff. I have a store worth of crap that I own. Just let me know a few days before the event. -
Make it Double Elimination, don't care if event is 24 hours we need to make it double elimination or group stages so people can play more games, what if the number 1 SKILLED TEAM plays number 8 SKILLED team first match, your telling me people spend traveling fees to lose one match and go on home ?

I 100% agree, single elim is a really bad idea for people traveling so far.
However, I do not want to be in a conference room at a hotel with 50+ sweaty people for 14 hours. rent the lan center out ;C It's not far from the hotel
or have people pay for their own lan center hours -

We make it double. It would be long but better and more fun.
The room we are in is 3000sq ft. It's a ballroom.
The LAN center is not large enough for the amount of people we have. -

It getting longer doesn't really make it funner. Either way i'll be happy
but uh, I'd prefer to see more comps for shorter double elim.

They say they have over 50+ computers for just gaming, so looks like we woudl atleast have enough.
dont know what u wanna do, but i dont wanna sit on the comp for 8-14 hours, i wanna play, win then go spend my winnings hanging out with my boys :C -

They have the computers but no where near the space for anyone else wanted to watch or wait. -

Its a Lan, its a tournament. No matter what there will be losers and winners.
Who's fault is it if your team gets knocked out?
It has nothing to do with who loses and wins, its were traveling 500 miles to play, we want to play more then one game. -

So first round a team like undaunted has their members spend hundreds of dollars and travels hundreds of miles, and has to play carnage and they get 14-0'd, they're out?

Firstly..haha 14-0. I'll give you a hundred dollars if they can do that.
Secondly, it's on a Saturday. You have the Friday and the Sunday to do all sorts of things with your team. My team planned accordingly, and we are going to be spending the entire weekend doing stuff. This is a lan sure, but it's not a "Win and you get to go to china" event. It's for fun and a few prizes. If playing in person with your team and hanging out for a day or two is not enough for you, then you should not be coming in the first place. -
