I remember this match, I hadn't heard of serenity making a comeback...so wasn't sure what to think when you guys entered the room. I figured some noob clan was stealing the name, but then was shocked when you guys played like the real serenity. So props to you, having another competative clan in the game is never a bad thing...so welcome back;) -
Apparntly their getting like 30 members, then cutting people untill theres like 20, will never be the same as old serenty though.

its all for fun really. It's just nice to play with my old Serenity members and we do have our original members though not our starters as they are all in Sorry or inactive. Serenity is currently working on a new lineup so give them time. Yes, I know it'll never be the same but SchneiderJS wants to bring it back and I'll tell you they did pretty well so far, winning scrims or at least keeping up against some known clans. Amen. Once we finish filtering out all the bad players, and get a decent amount of members THAT ALL GET ALONG then we'll have a solid lineup. Almost all of our members have a considerable amount of skill, but that's not the issue. Lately we've had a bit of "clan drama" for lack of a better term. Today, if it hasn't been done already, we're going to be cleaning the roster down to around 16 members.
Btw, if I do say so myself, I think we're pretty good right now. Last night we beat lPaRaDoXl twice in Beta, with 2 of their starters playing. -
I'm not denying you helped out the clan a bit, but lets be honest... Pudgy was the main person who helped build Serenity it to what it is. You gotta take things way to seriously. I appreciated and appreciate still all the times you stuck up of for Serenity. I am not invalidating the hours you put into Serenity. The point i was tryin to get across is you don't have much say into whether or not i remade the clan... If pudgy, Sneeze or Chypher tell me that they do not like the idea, then i will make a new clan with a new name.. with the same people... to make them happpy. They are the real oldies from the first two weeks it was a clan. You cant honeslty debate with me sayin you stuck true (being in the clan that is) with Serenity... You clan hopped like no other, and when it came time to represent Serenity in tournies or other matches you went to the oppsing teams, or just represented someone else. It happened on two occasions. I repect you and your oppinion bruce but i will NOT hold you as high of an oppinion(in terms on me remaking serenity) as i will Sneeze Cypher or Pudgypaw. I hope this clarifies my words earlier... I'm sorry that you have to immaturly invalidate you own hours and respect for Serenity with your childish red markings.

To my extent of knowledge serenity was what it was becuase of Pudgy and his skills as a team manager.
It was a good clan back in it's day now it's just a good place for them to hang out with each other and maybe get a few scrims.
Oh and i thought Bruce was one of Serenity's top 5 or 7. At least that's what he told us. -
Serenity was really good back in the days.
I don't think it's a matter of having all the oldies back, they got a couple, sure, some are missing (Bruce and some others).
The last time I heard about them was because they were disbanding, and everyone knew they were really good at what they do.

Seems like things are getting a bit out of hand here. First off, only reason I agreed to come back to Serenity is because I want to play with the old members again like good old times. I'm am not looking to cause drama or make Serenity the best or whatever. I just want to scrim with them and win/lose, doesn't matter to me. I play this game to have fun and playing with people I know and that are chilled is fun for me.
IMO, the important and key players of Serenity in the beginning was Pudgy, Cypher, Bad, Sneeze(Me), and Bruce. This was supposedly the starting 5 before we even started recruiting. Yes, there is a huge reputation on the clan name..but not to the extent where Schneider is not allowed to revive it with the new generation of players as this game continues to grow and change. Sure, you can think we would never be the same as the "old" Serenity, but its just a game so lets enjoy it and have friendly scrims..the morals of Serenity are still the same and that's all that matters. -

true we had absolutely no strats. all we did was call a split lol. tbh the only time i have played in factory was in 3 pugs and 2 pubs. 1st or 2nd time scrimming there i believe. either way it was a good game.
also damn you bio for ducking down every time i come across you. that really threw me off since i was aiming for head level -

The old Serenity was the best thing I was ever part of, those guys were my family and I was online with them every night scrimming or just staying up late exchanging youtube links. I'm rather unhappy that Schneider decided to bring it back, as we were remembered as being great, and now we'll be remembered by whatever reputation this new line up lays out.

i wish all my luck to schneider. he was a great leader, and will always be a great leader. i have to say, Serenity was one of the best clans i've ever joined ^^.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A CLAN TO HAVE FUN WITH, JOIN SERENITY -
personally i think this is a bad move.. and i will EXPLAIN why
the BEST case scenario is: they get their old lineup and keep going.. which does nothing to the clan's reputation.. as it will be same as before
now that's the best and ONLY good scenario...
so chances are you will destroy a clan considered as one of the greatest.
I'd say if you want even get a name change? (still better than carrying the "serenity" name on you're back ...)
just throwing stuff out there.. call me crazy
