Some people just stay for their higher ranked accounts. But as for me and others I'm sure, we have our reasons. Because Z8Games has the license for the UK, we're not allowed to play with other Europeans in CF EU. We didn't choose to play here, we want to compete on CF EU but we can't. As nothing will probably be done we want to make the best with what we have and make a new competitive community in the UK servers. -
I agree completely, I just don't want to wait on something that might not even happen. Since we're stuck with CF NA and the UK servers I think it would be good to make a new competitive community for us UK players that are left and introduce new unknown players to it. I've already got a few EU clans who are interested. Even old players that are playing CF EU might come to play since money will probably be involved.
True, however a lot of people wont bother because they'll be training for GO4 and other things and with the reg and recoil being a bit different some people wont want to bother, this is why I think it would be much simpler to just get the license stipulations changed and change the UK server names & move them.
As you said in another post, "we didn't choose to play here" which is correct, teams that were together for a couple of years split up and moved to europe and left their team mates behind the only reason my old team fragMIND disbanded was litterally because i couldnt.

Yup. Anyway, we have Authority, Mentality and Underline so far that are interested in playing. -
Id play if i had a reason to, quite frankly id be far happier being allowed to play Crossfire Europe & compete in the ESL major series, but due to the license restrictions i cant and neither can the rest of my fellow brits, we got royally screwed (no pun intended) by G4BOX when they left the license with z8.
As for British players most are pubstars and do not want to play ESL or anything like that (believe me ive tried to convince them) as for the rest of the Brits, ROC are playing BF3/CS GO, dXe quit the moment we got screwed over.
as you can see the dilemma is quite stupid and mildly ret,arded. What most dont seem to realise is that 90% of those who play in the UK servers aren't even from Britain most are from Germany & the rest of Europe & Africa as well as the middle east and barely any of them are competitive. which is why it would be much better to rename the servers, change the licensing stipulations for the servers which by the way G4BOX are well within their power of doing, there by allowing brits to play crossfire europe in turn would allow us to play ESL, problem solved.
We can't even pub anymore, reasons are clear when you login.

Don't worry guys, me and erick have been discussing what we can do for the EU scene as far as CFL goes. We'll let you know any updates we come too.
Erick and I would like to see an cfl.eu, we were talking about this from day one. We know there are some good EU teams there, we just gotta make sure all of the EU hears about CrossFireLeague.

The problem here is, cf eu got around 50% less hackers in pubs. You get kicked there for getting more than 3kills in a round but yeah less hackers. I am trying to pub in cf na, you know what? After we have kicked 4 hackers 4 damn egypt hackers join the room and kick us. I do not know what they want? Do they want me to be a rascist or what do they want?

I agree, competition is in most peoples best interest and we'll just have to wait for more teams to give support and for CFL to announce something. -

that's great dren, im still somewhat skeptical though how successful any kind of league in UK will be, All down the fact people currently playing europe have some what of a 1 dimensional way of thinking, which is basically "why bother, we have ESL", however i could probably get a few teams to come back to crossfire for it though, just depends on how many people are interested, hopefully enough will be. -

The game is labeled NA yet most europeans are able to play it. Don't hate the players, hate the game.
