What about UK Players?
UK players are limited to CF NA because Z8Games has the license for the UK. We cannot join other European players on CF Europe because of the license, so we're left with very few UK competitive players and no competition. Our only current choice is to play/compete with high ping in Echo 8 or become pub stars!
Now that SG Interactive and Z8Games are partnered I hope they can make an agreement so that UK players are able to play CF Europe and join the European community. I really don't think we'd ever be able to have a competitive community with the current competitive UK players, so I'm not going to ask for competition. Mainly because 90% of the community was from outside of the UK in Europe. It would be very similar if CF NA owned just the USA license and Canada played along side with them but then some other company bought the license for Canada and US+CA players couldn't play with each other; splitting the community.
Anyway please support this if you agree that it's unfair for UK players and that something needs to be done.

If I get support from others then we'll be able to hopefully achieve it.
Either alot of Europeans who want to make a new UK community or enough people who feel the same
way as I do and will show support and get us heard. -
CF EU wont get UK licensing, that's it.
UK competitive is dead, and I doubt it'll ever come back, even if CF EU were to get licensing.
not entirely accurate, it should actually get transferred or sold as 90% of the people who play on the UK servers dont even live in the UK nor do they speak english at all.
the few competitive brits that are barred from playing ESL are discriminated against simply because we have UK servers in this version meaning we cant play ESL at all now and we cant participate in any form of league.
better idea would be rename the servers to united nations server or something or change the licensing agreements stipulations allowing UK players to play CF EU problem solved. (both of those options are do-able). -

We would love to have an EU division. The only issue with this is we have no idea how many people would play. We would like to have an idea before we did anything.
I'm sure enough people will support this for this to happen. There are a couple of scrims going on UK3-8 now and then, and if this is made big enough, I'm sure EU teams will be created and existing teams would love the idea of an EU division.
Would love the competitive side of UK to come back for good.

There aren't any, UK players were screwed the second all the good EU players went to CF EU. Even if we had our UK players here still, we'd still probably be too small as a community. Most UK players quit or just can't compete. The whole point of this is to make a new community with new EU players and maybe get some of the old players back. -
Everyone left CrossFire because it's a terrible game, League of Legends, World of Warcraft, Starcraft, etc are much better games and better community.
I suggest you find another game, crossfire is dead.
I don't like many games, so when I find one I do like, I'm loyal. I've enjoyed playing CrossFire and don't like any of the games you just mentioned. So I'm going to try and get the UK servers a competitive community. I'm sure other people feel the same. -

Id play if i had a reason to, quite frankly id be far happier being allowed to play Crossfire Europe & compete in the ESL major series, but due to the license restrictions i cant and neither can the rest of my fellow brits, we got royally screwed (no pun intended) by G4BOX when they left the license with z8.
As for British players most are pubstars and do not want to play ESL or anything like that (believe me ive tried to convince them) as for the rest of the Brits, ROC are playing BF3/CS GO, dXe quit the moment we got screwed over.
as you can see the dilemma is quite stupid and mildly ret,arded. What most dont seem to realise is that 90% of those who play in the UK servers aren't even from Britain most are from Germany & the rest of Europe & Africa as well as the middle east and barely any of them are competitive. which is why it would be much better to rename the servers, change the licensing stipulations for the servers which by the way G4BOX are well within their power of doing, there by allowing brits to play crossfire europe in turn would allow us to play ESL, problem solved. -

I agree completely, I just don't want to wait on something that might not even happen. Since we're stuck with CF NA and the UK servers I think it would be good to make a new competitive community for us UK players that are left and introduce new unknown players to it. I've already got a few EU clans who are interested. Even old players that are playing CF EU might come to play since money will probably be involved. -
I think that an EU Division would be a great idea and I'm sure that there will be many teams from the UK Servers who would be willing to sign up for it. I doubt that UK players will ever get to play ESL so creating an EU Division will probably be the next best option.
The players from the UK have nothing to compete for which may be why there are so little players from the UK left in the game.
