We've made some adjustments to our measures in an attempt to keep the hacks out and the legit players error free!
Please try the game and let us know how it is. We are constantly monitoring the service and are always looking to improve it both to remove hackers and to make sure our Legit Players can play the game error free!
Thanks for everyone's patience. -

Oh we're finding the balance. Making the adjustments doesn't mean opening up the flood gates for hackers!
We're looking at all scenarios and all data at the moment to make sure legit people can play error free and hackers remain kicked to the curb!
For those having installation or patching troubles. Please try downloading this file:
http://cfpatch.z8game.com/download/patcher_cf.7z
Extracting it and then copying it over your patcher_cf.exe file in your CF Folder.
Alternatively you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. -
how longdo i have to wait to get a responce of some sort????
To get a response from the support team you will have to wait on weekdays. So hopefully tomorrow, if not you will have to wait till Monday, but... There is a holiday so I'm not sure if it counts for Z8Games, its Family Day. If it does count you will have to wait till Tuesday at least then. -

The update on February 13th, 2013 brought some awesome new items and features to the game, but we have also been dedicating a lot of our time to reduce the hackers and hacks entering in to Cross Fire.
As part of this effort to reduce hackers we adjusted the auto detection system to a more stricter set of rules. This means that when the game detects suspicious activity, the client will display and error message and force the user out of the game. The problem with this however is that high pings from some players can produce lag spikes which lead to a false detection or false error code being displayed!
If you get one of these error codes, 30_0, 20_0, 13_0, 24_3 and you are not using any specific malicious or third party tools/programs then you likely fall into this category. You'll notice that after the disconnect you can still log back into the game and play another game but if you lag again, you may experience this error again.
Please note that if you are not using a hack, and you receive an error code, you will not be banned. You can still play as normal. We are currently adjusting the system to find the right balance. We consider the recent hacking situation to be very serious and are working our hardest to find the best solution to the problem.
Thanks for your support and understanding!

Very good work Saidin, hacking has decreased a lot since this patch. I am also loving the No Deaths event! Feels good to do 78-0 and get that free EXP! Thanks again for your awesome work! -
Definitely the right direction! Good work guys!
I am getting an error when trying to join any Zombie map.
"Client MFC Application has stopped working" Not an internet issue since I have a ping in the teens and my wife is in Biohazard now.
The game just crashes once I load into a Zombie mode.. I played esc, SnD and some TD. Those went fine. IDK? -
