Recent Client errors and anti hacking measures
Attention Mercenaries!
The update on February 13th, 2013 brought some awesome new items and features to the game, but we have also been dedicating a lot of our time to reduce the hackers and hacks entering in to Cross Fire.
As part of this effort to reduce hackers we adjusted the auto detection system to a more stricter set of rules. This means that when the game detects suspicious activity, the client will display and error message and force the user out of the game. The problem with this however is that high pings from some players can produce lag spikes which lead to a false detection or false error code being displayed!
If you get one of these error codes, 30_0, 20_0, 13_0, 24_3 and you are not using any specific malicious or third party tools/programs then you likely fall into this category. You'll notice that after the disconnect you can still log back into the game and play another game but if you lag again, you may experience this error again.
Please note that if you are not using a hack, and you receive an error code, you will not be banned. You can still play as normal. We are currently adjusting the system to find the right balance. We consider the recent hacking situation to be very serious and are working our hardest to find the best solution to the problem.
Thanks for your support and understanding!

Accounts don't get blocked or banned for no reasons. There had to have been a reason.
Support tickets can be sent, but it's not guaranteed that you'll get your account unblocked. -
dude there was somebody in a pub game i was playing, and I knew they were cheating. I noticed that they were constantly getting a three or four killstreak with all headshots and then leaving the game, shortly joining again.
this happened about 3 times... I was telling everyone he was getting an error from his hacks and re-entering but nobody listened, and i didn't even know about this update until just now.
but this seems great so far. i havent been tore up by any cheaters today, lets hope it stays this way! anyone else notice less cheaters? -
I must say Bravo to Mr Saidin and company. I have actually seen this new system working. Hackers have been in game with me and after less than a round has been completed they disappear from the room.
I appreciate this new fix GM Saidin. I have been one of the many constantly complaining on these forums about the hacker situation so I must give kudos to you when I see something tangible done.
Thank you once again -

Only problem is, I disappear from the room too. Error after Error. My guess is they are getting the same error. Not ban. Hate to burst your bubble. Its a patch fail my man, not a ban for the bad guys.
