It's there for players to purchase items/weapons that they've not own yet. Remember, not everyone owns an ak silver, a m4 silver, a m16a2, or a scar heavy camo.

It should take up to 48 hours (2 days) in order for the ribbon to be updated to your profile. Furthermore, [GM]Saidin have announced that there might be a 2-4 hour delay on the rewarding of the Valentine's Day ribbons. Please be patient, eventually it'll arrive.

Many people don't get the I<3Crossfire ribbon in time. I still haven't got the ribbon too. It's very sad that it couldn't be delivered on time

It can take up to 24-48 hours to receive the ribbon, please be patient. If you don't get it by late Saturday night, please send a ticket to support.
