Wtf are you talking about. Yes, New York and Toronto happens to have the same time zone. And yes, there are different time zones in Canada.

No, that means the crate won't be there forever. It's like the Xmas + octane crates.

You clearly don't understand the question the other guy asked and you have no idea what I'm talking about.
Yes you can win those guns and have them permanently in your storage.
BUT - the Valentines crates will only be available for the 2013 Valentine season. So therefore, they are temporary (seasonal) crates.
