Oh fuuck yo. I messed up the laptop I'm using badly and I dunno wut happened but everything is gone and I can't even run anything. I'll see if I can get some help from Microsoft by calling them throughout the week.
Also Richie, I'll have to work and establish the planned thread from my iPhone now. Or I could possibly use someone else's PC to work from there.
Hopefully, I can get this resolved yo.

Alrighty. We still got plenty of time, so no big deal. -

Yeah only problem is I can't run anything. So typing'll be a lot tougher if I'm using an iPhone. So damn I gotta contact support of some sort and see what I can do.
=.=
It now automatically shuts down for no apparent reason and I've attempted to not allow that happen for the past 6 hours. There's nothing I seem to can do right now other than seeking help from Microsoft or something, which I shall contact later tomorrow or Wednesday.

Thanks for the high praise for former Qts members.
Advice: don't kick any members. It's easier to recruit good members when you look like you have a bunch of members. Qts fell from 70 points a day to 10 points a day, because our leader kicked about 40 members. They maybe slightly annoying but a least they are keepin the clan active. Wait until you have recruited some cool people before you start kicking, or else you are going to induce death, like what happened to Qts.
If you think Qts is worth it, I will talk to our leader iGod if he will merge with you, but I don't think he'll agree. I do think this clan has potential to be more than a 2 week clan. I personally saw a failed merger, but thats only because of (I perceive) not-so-optimal leadership. -

I realized that when you guys went from iBeast to Qts.
You can talk to iG0d about it. but i highly doubt he'll do it to. If he does then great! We could really use the support due to both clans slowly dying. -
Oh no. Not Senseless v2.
=.=
I mean I don't mind merging. But let's sort of plan it out and dig deeper before some issues occur within the next couple of months after the merge. You know what I'm saying? I've experienced and seen these types of things happen all throughout my times in all different sorts of clans. It's a great idea to establish better socialization and activeness. However, there are definitely some disadvantages to any sort of merge of two clans. -

Meh. That is true.. Then that means either we build up now or im kicking the ones that i cant stand anymore. -

Another thing is, Rawrs wasn't dying, it was just low in members in the first place. We already have several old prominent members in Illusion to begin with.
What happened in Senseless was power play in the form of clan war competitiveness. I'm not sure if that'll happen here. That's why I'm not so adamant on the merge yet.
On my mobile like you Tear. Pardon the typing errors. -

Recruiting has become much more difficult than the past now. The forums has never been a place to recruit members. Of course, on rare occasions, there may be mature and active members stopping by and giving us a chance. Not many have stayed though, at my observation. I would recommend recruiting in-game. But the majority of the population is filled with ignorant cowardice that probably won't be at all tolerated by us.
Clans do take months and activeness to develop and stay at a peak where they're capable of ensuring success. I've not seen many clans do that. However, this clan does have sufficient potential and the required encouragement to keep this clan alive. The first day I joined, I planned to never depart, unless something occurs in the future. Like I said in my LFC clan weeks ago, I'm not going to be as active as I was in '11 and '12. One reason is school and athletics. Another is mainly that this game doesn't interest me as much as it did years ago, and you probably can guess the reasons for it.
I do hope for the best of our clan continuing to grow and succeed in both rank and clan wars. Once I get my laptop fixed up and upgraded, I'll be able to run it at a much higher speed and FPS. Therefore I can load into games with no necessary difficulties at all. What I'm trying to state is that not all of us is going to be on every single day because of our busy lives. Hopefully, things will start becoming better once summer approaches and I assume we'll have many more members and be much stronger than now.
To basically summarize from the log wall-of-text, I think you're a phenomenal leader and you have the potential and skill to run a clan. I believe that you can and you should continue to believe in yourself as well. Don't give up and proceed yo. -

Yeah I agree yo. Senseless should of never considered themselves any competitive than Aurora or WAL or some other strong clan server clans at all. They went way too far in attempts to develop everything and pushing everyone into ferocious spots in which many might not have appreciated, therefore causing the almost disband of that clan. That's the thing leaders should discuss further into when attempting to merge. It's all about agreements and the trust yo.
You know, it would be great to see a merge happening.
Yeah, I'm typing from my iPhone and boy, gotta realize how much mistakes I make while typing from a tablet. I just turned off auto-correct so it can't annoy me.

Frozen is bipolar, that is what happened with senseless. He left and everyone else left when I did. I don't know why, but people like to follow me hue~
I was one of the first to leave too even though I had followed Bob for so long. Not bragging lol. I'm not leaving Qts right now for a reason.
But seriously, my foresight is amazing. -

This merge is not very serious at all yet, and it is most likely iG0d will want to stick with Qts. Even if iG0d does agree, we still need to be very careful about this. If the merge does not happen, I will stick with Qts for a while longer and see what happens. -

Richie, do it. I made the mistake of keeping the ones I've hated, and look as us now, I've seen the downfall of my own clans within hours. If you hate someone don't hide it, don't wait, take action before something bad happens. -

Its hard to do atm. I just want the clan to be normal and sht. Everyone leaving and quiting is just making everyone else wanting to leave. At the same time i still want to keep the clan but dont want my long time friends for hating me for leaving them once again. So idk. I cant decide what i want to do at this point. -

Is it the ones you hate who ruined the clan? Did they ruin the clan or just ruin the clan for you? Would you rather have a dead clan or a clan full of people whom you dislike? I have no answers to these questions as I have not been in you position, but they are important to consider.
Richie, many people join and leave clans for a reason. They may like a clan, they may dislike a clan, they may have the virtue of loyalty, or they just want to be in a high ranking clan. I first joined an Egyptian clan simply because the leader was nice and members active. I was in that clan for a long time. I left only when someone asked me whether I wanted a new clan since mine was in active for so long.
It's hard to recruit members now, like Tear said, the ones that are active now are almost purely competitive. Building a clan like a community is very, very difficult, especially since so few of us have everything in common. This is hard to explain but you understand. -

Sorry for the double post but I'll actually expain what happened.
During that time I was having an extremely hard time, I was getting threatened by my own clan mates (lul), I had no actual control, and my clan was changing too fast. I left for that short period because I was having a hard time and stress but a lot of my clan mates begged me to come back (phone and a few others) so I came back earlier than I wanted. And of course I already was having a hard time a few clan mates made it much worse, which is why I made the mistake of not kicking some people.
Even now I hear from some of my friends the lies (or misunderstandings) of what happened, some amazing hilarious.
I saw it coming a mile away but the thought of my clan in which I've worked so hard on finally taking the next step was too exciting for me so I took the risk. I knew what was going to happen, just didn't know it would be this bad. -

The guys the left were just friends. But by long time friends i meant the guys that built my last clan up with to 154. Then died cause of the huge amount of people leaving. -

My clan wasn't a dead clan before the merge, it had 30 active members and 60 inactive ones (in which I let them stay for a better image plus the hope that they would come back)
The question is the same (or close to) as would you rather be a powerful leader with very few followers, or a powerless leader (figure head) with a lot of followers? I chose the wrong answer, I should have picked a powerful leader.
In the end, if you are in a clan with people you dislike all around you, it's worse. You get more anger, stress and just over all sadness. You end up destroying yourselves. Hell, just months ago most of these guys were my friends, now they bash me left and right.
Richie, that was my mistake, I thought if I kicked the people I hate people would follow. In the end, they left anyways with their followers AND they took some of my most loyal clan mates. -
Juicebox22 wrote: »If they were your friends, they wouldn't have left you in the first place, lol.
That is not true all the time, I let the worst side of my pop out, and I guess the people I disliked took that as an advantage to show how horrible of a leader I was. Then my friends left because they thought I was completely different though I was having an extremely hard time I could not explain with words.
A lot of people don't want to get involved with drama so they leave and stay like that, not because they are bad friends. Sadly most of my best of friends did not see how I truly felt (though I refused to tell them..) and they left as well.
Richie, either have a talk with the people you hate and try to resolve it, or kick them. -

Frozen, I do hate to say it like this, but power is not what's important. It's the community. I know I sound like a utopian communist right there, but clans are not a huge society. People don't stay because of fear in a game, they stay for... Ah we'll I guess, love.
