I still see no proof. Just clan warring in the Clan Server a lot doesn't mean you run it. It just means you like clan warring and reaching for the top. Not running it. Please use some common sense(Not trying to be offensive) or at least use a better context.

You're lacking common sense or using wrong context buddy. Saying that WAL, or any clan for that matter, "runs" a server is pretty blunt. No clan runs a server. It's NOT their server. It's everyone's to enjoy.
