Nice, but I doubt many people have a PC which can record while playing..
and 24 hours uploading? They will jave to render it (which requires again Sony Vegas..) if they don't want to upload their footage for 48 hours.
Just saying.
You don't need a good PC for bandicam, like you do for fraps. -

It takes me <10 minutes to upload to youtube a 38 minute match with the settings given in the OP. -

Climax, Legendary, 57, and Spoof are some other considerations. Hopefully I'll have time this weekend to go through potential teams with you and AWM. It's not just about individual skill, but teamwork, ability to call and listen to strats, and experience.
