Veracity will be holding a 16 team mini league! We've become tired of not knowing which players are legit, and those who are, well.. shady. This is a chance to prove yourself, and win some free zp! 50k! (10k per player on the winning team)

We will be using basic WCG rules with a few minor changes, as listed;

-Boosting and player model stacking are NOT allowed
-Body/Head Armor is NOT allowed
-DOUBLE JUMPING WILL BE ALLOWED. If you lose damage from the spot, it's not allowed.
-7 rounds per half, with the team who wins more rounds winning the match.
Match Creation, Map Selection, and Tie Breaker Scenario;
-The higher seeded team (listed on tournament bracket) will be responsible for creating the match room
Match room must be named *Team 1* vs. *Team 2* with pre-determined password as communicated between teams before the start of the match.
-The first map listed on the tournament bracket is the map to be played.
-In the event of a tie-breaker, the second map as listed on the tournament bracket is to be played (5 rounds on each side).
-Spectators will NOT be allowed other than tournament admins, if specifically requested.
Tournament Guidelines;
-Non-standard game settings or third party applications that affect game play are not permitted
C4 must be planted at a viewable location. Planting C4 at a location where a boost is required is not permitted.
-Any use of game exploits, cheats, or any other play deemed “unfair” by an admin may result in disciplinary action up to and including disqualification from the tournament.
-All players must save game replays and end-of-game score screen shots; in the event of a dispute, these assets will be used as evidence to determine the result of the dispute.
-All players must be online and ready to play 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time
If a match disconnection occurs by either party within the first minute of a map, the map is to be restarted.
-If a match disconnection occurs during game-play, and teams cannot come to an agreement as to the best course of action an administrator is to be contacted immediately to make a ruling as to whether or not the match should be replayed or a forefeit loss should be awarded.
Recording the match in it's entirety is REQUIRED
Fraps, Bandi, Growler can be used.
-10 fps/15 quality will be the minimum recording settings. Sound is required.
-You will have 24 hours to upload the recordings, and send them to me over a PM, or on xfire, which will be listed at the bottom.
-Failure to do will result in forfeiting the match, and if the losing team has a player who doesn't upload, he will be suspended for the next match. If it happens again with that player, he will be permanently suspended from the Mini-League.

We will be having 4 divisions, in which each team plays each other once, the matches will be predetermined, with one match per week, default time being Saturday @ 8PM.
You CAN play the match before that, if both teams agree, and I get the SS approving it.
After group play, 2 teams from each division will move on to a bracket, with the final 8 teams clashing to see who will win the prize!

And just so this isn't offtopic post, I'll add stuff relevant
1) You can't record with 15 quality on bandi (or can you? o_O) so will it be 20 quality minimum? Or 10?
2) imo 1 match per week will make the tournament go on for a long time, and after a while teams might forget or lose interest and drop out. -

That's just a little bonus, not everyone can get ZP like you.
This tourney is strictly for fun, and for some, to see how some clans play on bandi etc.
In the future, if this goes well, I'll be putting more prizes into it, around 50k zp per player. But I'm not going to invest 250$ or more into something before I know the community can get together and actually make it work.

It'll be once a week because remember, theses are pub clans who might not be familiar with a tournament. It will be like watching your faveourite tv show, plan for it at 8pm every Friday (or whatever).
However, once we hit "playoffs" we may increase the amount a games per week, we'll give participants notice though ahead of time.
