Good question.. hmm, on GR you can simply see, but for BL..
Storage screenshots wouldn't work either, as you could turn it on/off.. and you can't really "delete" it from your storage if you had it prior to the tournament.

Even on GR, if someone (like me), has a full helmet (pumpkin head), it can't be seen. -

Flash guard is usually seen equip on gr. I don't know for sure if flash guard works on bl.

Last time I played in Talonblaze's tournament, I never send him my guncam video even though it was require.
talon required us to record, just incase if people hackusated

Now you have to record. Watch the majority of clans back out or end up going 0-9 as gr. -
You should make people record regardless of hindering there fps, At least make them record on lowest settings. You're going to see a lot of teams go 1-9 bl then gr there amazing "pinpoint" kicks in and 9-0s. Watch the winners be some random non gm clan that somehow got good over night. This tournament is going to be filled with hacks.

VI would have to say no, on the Bandi, growler stuff.
If people do decide to cheat, they are taking a big risk for such a small reward.
They might not even win at the end.

For breaking Z8games' ToU, they're asking to get ban.
