The reason why 800x600 (or any very small resolution) is "better" in some sense than a higher resolution is because, assuming all other settings are the same, mouse sensitivity is the exact same with a lower resolution than with a higher resolution. This means that less pixels are "skipped" by mouse movement with lower resolutions, which makes aim more accurate. As far as I can tell, there are no other objective reasons why a lower resolution is better than a higher one.

the only absolute advantage with A, is when i pub with with A, and then switch to b/c it is so much easier to headshot. maybe it is placebo effect for me

It's also available by downloading rory's cf tool
