Bugs/errors which are fixed:
-Mall page is working.
Bugs/errors which still need fixing:
-Ribbons not showing up on profiles.
-Display error with the new ribbon.
-New crate bug. Perm axe is in temp slot.
-Players haven't received their ZP.

Theatre ribbon is displaying the Olympic ribbon at the moment, that should be corrected in a few moments.
Perm axe in a temp slot not sure what you mean here? This was fixed just now.
And players will get their ZP in the next 1-2 hours. All players are being handed back their zp at the same time so the query is taking a while to get through each player. -

About the Temps slot - The Axe was on the place of Octane Camo Grenade 'where it currently is'.
People won it easely and got it a FEW times.
Will they keep their permanent axe, or will they get the item that was SUPPOSED to be on that place?
Hope this is a litle bit easier to understand what they all mean.

What happens to the people who won the Axe/ spinned crates before the fix?

i won it in the 1st slot ... don't know if that is the right or the wrong slot for winning it and i just won it an hour ago... what happens to my c.axe now... will it stay or will be removed ? -

And everyone say the ribbon are fixed,but it's only the image the real ribbon bug isn't close to be fixed ,people who got their 20th,30th,40th ribbon with theater of war will have to wait long for they prize -

Some reason, the ribbons sometimes don't display...
I don't know why and others have experienced the same problem.
Plus, I posted that post before they were fixed. -

I'm thinking it should be an easy fix for them to convert those that were supposed to be the Temp Octane Grenades and were Perm Axe Octane, Back to what they were supposed to be.This is not fair for those who couldn't receive their ZP before the OCtane crate was fixed, as they weren't be given away perm axe like those who spun it last night... -
They should rather fix the problem about having 40 ribbons...
FINALLY SOMEONE GETTING IN FOR THE reAL RIBBON PROBLEM NOT JUST A DISPLAY PROBLEM, people would better like a nice sick reskin of a m4a1 10/30 then a ugly m4 even if it would be 45/135 -

Here is what we know.
Problems
We updated the game last night with the Octane Crate, this was tested and was stable and working fine so we put the servers live.
Between that time and about 10am this morning the mall and deposit page were acting strangely.
When we checked the game this morning we also noticed something wrong with the Octane Crate.
Solutions
At 10am this morning we discovered the problem with the Mall and the Deposit pages. The pages themselves were fixed and we began the process of determining how many accounts it could have affected.
At 10:30am we had now identified all accounts who had deposited ZP but didn't receive it based on the issues from the mall page. Note: All deposits between 12:30am and 10:10am were affected.
We are now setting up the queue to deliver all ZP to their rightful accounts. This job should take between 1 and 2 hours for all the players affected.
At 11am we brought the servers down to fix the problem with the Octane Crate.
We will have further news on players who might have been affected by the Octane Crate problem later today.

Thank you for the information. I have now the ZP I bought at midnight. For me its all good. I can also see Theatre Ribbon in my profile with the correct image associated.
Im just wondering what you are going to do with the Octane Crate Bug, because I only won 1 axe (in 30 crates) and it would not be fair if you are going to remove all of the buggy octane axe's...
Im going to be searching for your Update for this particular bug.
