tbh, 10$ is chum change. I just really want to see if he will actually give stolen money back, and if he doesn't I don't mind completely screwing his life up. As said before, it was not in their hands nor was it in their obligation that they couldn't go to China, it was Neowiz's decision. All the anonymous donations and the ones you donated apparently cannot be given back because they were all voluntary, meaning you donated out of your OWN FREE WILL and NOBODY ever forced you. It's almost like putting your money for a Poppy donation box. NO ONE FORCED YOU. You threw away money yourself. It's not the same as committing a fraud where business is involved. If he were to promise to give you back something like a service/product back to you after you donate IN FINE PRINT when you donate, yes that would be fraud. In this case it's not because there was no agreement to ANYTHING and you just decided to take your Paypal and randomly dumped/donated money to them because they made a little PSA telling people to donate. They just made a site asking people to donate, and you donated.
So who could you blame?

This actually reminds me of those contest where Tim Hortons or whatever did this and had the roll up the rim contest and some guy had a cup of the winning cup for like a Mercedes or sumthun. He threw it out, some hobo piked it up and won the car. Then the guy who threw the cup sued him for it.

Are you stupid? Go read up law books, read up on frauds. There are different types of frauds and HRG clearly violated donation fraud. People donate to hobo to help them survive, I donated so he may go to china. He asked for donation to ease the burden to go to China, he didn't go to China. He puts the money back in his pocket to probably purchase CS:GO, and now he takes leave on this community. I had nothing personal against brando, which is why I donated money for him to GO TO CHINA. If he decides not to go, the money must be returned to avoid claims of fraud. It's like you don't ask for donation for Sandy, then use it to buy a new car. That's not how donation works, it's alleged scam. Waiting for a reply brando, pm/post/xfire. Most of you probably know the kind of person I am, I have no problem completely messing someone's life over.It's under the terms of agreement. People donated only to help get them to China. Not to give them money for doing nothing. It is fraud.

Now people donating was apparently all anonymous. So how in the world would they give everyone back their money if they don't know who to give it to? Even if you put your name and stuff, it's still going to be anonymous.
Again they said they were going to use it to pay to go to China.

And that was cancelled now cause apparently Neowiz tell them they can't go. Plans cancelled.

i don't blame xfam0usx, brando for having all the donations and still not going to China. I know how sad they would be cuz they can't engage in WCG. I donated 30 bucks, and still feel happy because it makes someone feels happy too. 30 bucks? Less than 2 hours of work...
I don't mention about who is right or wrong, but wasting your time in here just to get 10 bucks back is not worth it. And what do you get for seeing someone else getting fined for fraud (if possible)? Satisfactions? LOL, grow up, man. -

You do know this is a very easy lawsuit and I can find any third-rate lawyer? I already said I have plenty of money, and the cost of one's career is only a few hundreds? @tae w/e you name is. Sorry for the delayed response I have more important things to do than sit on the forums. Everyone that donated got something out of it wether it was a shoutout, lessons, a mouse, ect. In your case you got a shoutout. That is a what we provided to the ones that donated. If you were one of the people that donated and got a mouse, you wouldn't be refunded since you got a product, why would the shoutout be any different?
