LAN ETS - CrossFire LAN Tournament - March 2013
This is an idea thread to see how many teams would attend.
I've been talking with a couple of executives from LAN ETS about hosting a CrossFire LAN during/at the LAN ETS Tournament that is going to be held at the beginning of March 2013. We need as much people to reply seeing how many would attend.
Please ONLY reply saying your team can go if you CAN, not if you might, or just thought about it. Find out.
Please be aware that this LAN is open to everyone, even though it is hosted in Canada, teams/players can come from the United States to attend.
The only downside is that it is a BOYC LAN, which means 'Bring Your Own Computer' - Meaning you need to bring your tower, screen, mousepad, mice, keyboards, headsets and you MUST bring a powerbar.
LAN ETS only supplies tables, chairs, LAN Connection, Internet Connection and one plugin for a powerbar to setup your computer.
Aswell, you need to PAY to get into the LAN to compete as a BOYC Player which costs around $50.00.
In the end, LAN ETS has invited myself to attempt to possibly organize a LAN Event there and they will help prepare, run and supply prizes. We're looking into a few more contacts to sponsor cash and equipment prizes.
Cheers!

As said it would be just an idea.. still talking with LAN ETS. If we can get computers there, we'll post it but it's something I highly doubt as it's been BYOC for ages. -
