This is just a theory, but they probably handed the rewards out manually if you didn't use the event page. As they didn't work on weekend the rewards will just be handed out on work days, i.e. on monday again..

I used the event page, logged in Crossfire, played a few games and logged out.But for that day there is written failed.

Event FAILED on Day 3 and 4

Hi @ all.

Me and my girlfriend have the same problem like "NonBIody".
We were all days logged in CF and played some hours, but for Friday and Saturday there is written "Failed" on the Event Page. We also pushed "Get" on the Event Page every day.
We are from Germany. We can't win the Prices, that's ok but we want to have the Ribbon.

if you guys logged in and it shows that you failed give it a couple days, yesterday it said i had missed friday but today it shows that i completed it. so be a little patient and you might receive it later

Hey I have a problem, when I got the XP and GP on the Event, I level up to Sergeant, but I didnt get the 32,000 GP Bonus and I cant even buy some of the weapons on the Item Shop, it is still saying that im still Sergeant 1st Class please help, I think this is a glitch that needs to be fixed

Sorry this might not be right place but how are we supposed to collect the ribbon if there is a glitch or bug that doesn't allow us to collect the nov 18 prize?? I have been logged in every day this month and played every mission this month however it says that I FAILED the login and out to receive the prize?? Anyone?
