I got same issue on my main. Worked fine on my alt when I logged in for 1 min. Got on my main and played most of the nite but everytime I tried redeeming it nothing happened. Today I checked and said it failed. -

If you played from November 14th through until November 15th then you'll have to wait to today to get your prize.
This is a very odd case. As explained on the front of this thread, it's best to log in and log out to qualify. Log in times are written into the database when you log out of the game. So if you log in on the 14th, it won't record it until you log out. If that happens on the 15th, then the day on the event page is over.
You'll have to wait until we automatically hand out the previous day prizes and see what happens first.
There is a very small % of the people that this affects, so we're going to have to manually look at these things.
For future reference note that it's just best to log in and log out once during the actual day it involves. IE between 00:01 and 23:59 of whatever current day. -
I played on the 14th and logged out a couple hours later on the 14th . It was when I tried to redeem the prize on the event page that I had issues. No matter how many times I pressed the redeem or logg in nothing would happen. But on my alt I did the same and instantly got the prize. Not sure if others had similar issue but I appreciate the fast response and it shows I did recieve the day 1 prize now. Ty for the quick fix .

But other than that im liking the harvest idea with the free stuff, good on you. Still though the ribbon deal is nonsense -

thats why you become part of a community. I told my whole clan on our facebook page and saved a lot of sad faces

In addition to that, on Monday we also posted to our Facebook with a preview picture of the new ribbon (specifically ribbon related).

We know not everyone checks the websites, which is why we announced this on Monday and Tuesday. But also, a lot of those people might have just logged in on Wednesday anyways.
Not to mention that the ribbon is the only prize that requires all 7 days. If you go to 6 days of the event you'll still get all the prizes most of which are ZP prizes, for free.
