Can't edit, but just wanna add sorry on this I always act like a little b!tch when it's with stuff like this just for me knowing you have a chance to at least win it for me is oke I don't like getting expelled from events like this even thought knowing I will have a really really really small chance to win it. -

They want only money from americans, canadians and peoples from uk. That is why you have no chance for this.

Its CF NA/UK. Should they offer the prizes to BRs too? Japanese? Russian? Hmm?
All that own an account in CF NA/UK should be have the rights to win prizes because are human players too..So why its allowed buyZP from everywhere? Epic Fail -

I'm sorry but I have to say it's CFNA/UK not CF International. People can still win "prizes" such as ribbon and free items. But after all it's CFNA/UK, those promotional goods are obviously gonna go to the players whose version is for in the first play. -

This is basically correct.
While we do respect our long term players from around the world. For this particular event we can only give away these items to our licensed locations. There are official sponsorship contracts, licensing contracts and other marketing considerations that impose this restriction to only CAN/UK/USA.
We'll be using the account data to determine where the account is played from, so the only winners we will be selecting will be from those particular regions. There will be no equivalent "zp" given for this particular promotion.
There is still some awesome free stuff to get though so we definitely encourage everyone to hop into the game and claim their free items! -

why?Because the license of this Cross Fire is North America (USA and Canada) and United Kingdom, and the shipping of the prizes are local to them, likewise sponsored by these companies and other marketing.

Also, we're logged in to your account on our website and we can also confirm that.
We also can look at your inventory and see that you have not received any of the prizes beyond day 1.
The website images are available if you bust up the html yourself and then photoshop the page, it's not that difficult. But it doesn't get you anywhere. -
