Yes then the no-honorable's who don't hack can't kick smileys who havent been banned and are aimbotting. Makes sense. No holes in that plan..
Sick of these "honorable soldier only" things. Is keeping the Honorable Soldier Ribbon not good enough for you? If you want legit games go play with friends.
Basically, your opinions don't represent (or likey matter to) a majority of the CF population.
edit:And its like saying someone who broke the law and was caught has no chance to be as successful (or whatever) as someone who has never been caught breaking the law. Thinking like that is just too irrational and isn't something likely to be used by a company that has a lot of people to please.

Let's not compare Cross Fire to a different game. Cross Fire is NOT Combat Arms. They may have some similarities, but not everything the game CA implements is going to be what Cross Fire is going to implement.
However to get on topic, I neither agree or disagree. First of all, it's a benefitial way for players who still own their honorable soldier ribbons to be able to freely use the kick-vote system. There's going to obviously be abuse of it no matter what, unless some improvements and updates are put into place. The reason that I disagree with this suggestion is because of the unfairness to players without their honorable soldier ribbons. Many players have lost their legitness ribbon due to various reasons, other than hacking. The game will be in deeper chaos if the players, who ARE legit, but isn't allowed to make use of the kick-vote system. The system is a privilege for everyone to keep their rooms hack-free. Unfortunately though, it's highly abused. This suggestion has been replicated countless times, so have similar ones regarding almost the same topic. -

Haha, thats so dumb. IF YOU WANT LEGIT GAMES GO PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS.
This is supposed to be a MMORPG GAME, why the **** would I come on it to play with my friends only? I am here to play against many other people. The developers are just slow as hell in fixing their game, all the while milking the players continuously for money.
This shouldnt even be a MMORPG if you can only play fairly and how the game is supposed to be played, with your friends in a small room. Stupid -
I like to have the vote weight.
For example, in a 8 player room:
During vote, player 1-7 press f11 to vote kick player 8. Normally it is 7:1 result. With weight (suppose player 1-8 has 0.1, 0.1, 0.01, 0.01, 0.1, 0.2, 0.1, 0.9 respectively.the result would be 0.62:0.9,That should not pass.
How to weigh the vote is under the control, rank, experience, honorable player ribbon, hacker report correctness, etc, can be taken into account with some mathematics. z8 just need to add new evaluation method and change the formula.
Also z8 can limit who can start a vote by check the weight, and decide how many times a player can votekick from the weight. It would be a flexible and expandable system.
The abuse of votekick also come from the fact there is no rule to enforce the correct use of it. If z8 can change the system so that every votekick for hack get passed, the starter must submitting a hacker report (reasonable, right? You think you kicked a hacker, then you should report it; if you are not sure, don't start it). Wrong votekick would affect the players' vote weight. -
Rather have it so you can only start kick vote on players below your rank.
99% of hackers are less then SFC with the rare high rank here and there hacking.
By making it so the low ranks that been playing for a week-month can't kick the players that been playing for years would reduce the kick abuse severely. True that hackers higher rank then you can't be kicked by you, but I believe legit high ranks not being kicked for simply being good nearly everygame would be worth the 1-2 high rank hackers a week they would encounter. This would encourage farming tho for high ranks tho.
Just a little problem, it is not easy for legit player to rank up that fast. A player farmed for 2 months (no matter if they farm on cow or the legit players) would go over most of the legit players with 1 years experience.
Weigh the vote, also take how many the player is reported (but not banned) into count. -

Make it so those with Honor ribbon and Veteran can not be kicked by those that don't have both! Those that don't have Honor ribbon or Veteran ribbon can't kick someone that has both of them. The requirements for those is never been banned and played for a year, so they won't be kicked by the average noob that makes a new account (Because they "lost" their old one for some reason) that hack accuses everyone that beats them and kick those that are doing better then them. -

Noob players with only 3 days experience in the game would not even know what is going on.
Even if they know, most of them would not bother to press f12 or f11.
Imagine why it is so hard for us to votekick hackers, even it is so apparent. The vote kick can fail with 3:13, I don't think the hacker has that much friends, but why the victim side would not get rid of him?
Therefore I would think an improvement only based on the rank, experience and tag would not really improve anything. A legit experienced player can still be jealous of good players, and he still can think a hacker in his team would help him to do the daily mission.

You didn't read my second suggestion at all did you? I suggested that players with Honor Ribbon and Veteran ribbon can't be kicked by players that don't have both as well. Solve most of the kick abuse towards long term players. Majority of players with new accounts aren't new to the game, most of them have been banned before by X-trap for hacking.
Former hackers don't kick hackers, they just kick those they don't like. Z8 needs a way to stop offenders from coming back to solve all the problem. -

hacker>reported>banned>make new account>hacks>reported>banned. so you cant stop it untill the account making thing get better.
if they would of do more about that then the hacks would be alot lower. -
i cant believe so many people are still commenting on this. i forgot all about it LOL. but nobody has seemed to mention how banning from the BM will make cheaters reconsider.
But there are a lot of other really great suggestions, i believe with this discussion that something could be formed to help improve the pub community. -

Man, that is not right!Some people lose the Honorable Soldier ribbon from chargeback issues. That has nothing to do with hacking and things like that. Just keep that in mind.
Man, if you lose your honorable Soldier Ribbon because of a Chargeback and you pay your Chargeback you become your honorable Soldier Ribbon back! If you have paid and dont become it back, please send a Support Ticket to Z8Games Support, you will see, after 24 - 48 Houers you get your honorable Soldier Ribbon back!
