now add 25 more bicep/tricep routines (25 workout days).
I just ate a sub and my body wont reach it's peak flex. I'll get it to you soon though!
I easily have way more muscle then you so that statement about having bigger arms then everyone on the team combined is false. Just sayin. -

From the way i see it, it doesn't matter how much you lift. The technique, form and reps is what matters.
I see you skinny and not doing anything about it. sad...

Depends on your age and height.
you're ****ing crazy. you cant. just cant. even if you're on a strict diet and exercise daily (without overtraining)..... you will never ever gain 10-20lbs in 2 months! fat? maybe. muscles? not possible. amateur bodybuilders barely gain that amount in a year....professionals wont gain much. -

3-4 months, yes.
you're saying you can gain 10-20 lbs of pure muscle in 3-4 months? nobody can do that in a year nor two of constantly training(without the use of steroids of course). i would say 3-5 lbs per year if you're actually working hard at making gains at the gym -

i'm not an idiot. it's not possible. professional bodybuilders bulk all the time and as soon as they cut down they lose a lot of weight that you probably mistaken for muscle. it's not possible to gain 10-20 lbs of muscle per year not to mention within several months. -

you curling 40 lbs doesn't mean anything. not to mention in your pic you seem like you struggle to curl 20s. then again that was 2 months ago and you can curl 40s 10 sets 10 reps a workout by now. -
