What workouts? I need tips xD
I wanna lift someday
not sure what machines are what, but a friend (personal trainer who hooked me up ) showed me a decent routine on certain machines to burn fat off my stomach, and hardern up the muscle.
which for now, i am going for a 6 pack -

Brando - the other major lead role and key player. Went to WCG 2011 and currently playing on one of the two best teams in the game.
ubad - Plays on the same team as brando, both players will be going to LAN very soon.Good, However snipes involved me by trying to play tough guy and saying "does dren even lift?" and then talking a bunch of random **** he doesn't know.
while this was happening, Luck (who snipes claimed to be really good friends with ) and I were making jokes about snipes. -

I got involved because you were trying to troll behind an alt/alt alias like most 15 year-old cheaters have been doing lately (not saying you're a 15 year-old cheater but your thought process is becoming the same). I don't respect it very much and I take action.

I wasn't trying to troll behind an alt, however I was counting on keeping my identity a secret. I'm not here again to make more enemys or argue with kids. I don't lol. He is a friend of my fathers so he took a day to show me some good work outs, machines, and foods. Good guy.

I go to school for 6 hours and work for 5-6 hours. I still manage time for workouts. No one should be saying I don't work hard.

Take a picture of your shirt of and flexing.
Maybe you have decent biceps, but no chest/abs/legs? -
