They never scammed anyone to buy ZP and they never promised you anything besides BP when you buy ZP. They have special offers here and there, but they never promised you anything else besides ZP and BP when you purchase it. Z8 never told you to buy ZP and I'm pretty sure z8 didn't tell you to buy ZP. -
i waited for 4 days and this is all u can give me? i wanted to buy items but i was afraid of what was gonna happen and you don't EVEN BOTHER TO DO IT AGAIN!? please do the event again or something! i was waitin and afraid so i didn't buy anything, also the thing is that now it's POINTLESS THAT I SPENT MY MONEY ON THE ZP PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Thank you for the in-depth reply, I understand that there are multiple contributing factors which don't allow Z8games to have a second sale so soon after a previous one. I hadn't taken the holiday weekend's reduced amount of workers into account. I look forward to the next sale. -
This, I gotta say, is one of the bigger fails of crossfire this year. To narrow down a three day event to a three hour event and wave it off like it was no big deal? Slightly unprofessional. The least you could have done is made an announcement at the start of the event, when you knew you were having the problems, and told everyone what was happening. I am disappointed.

"Get 25% Off all Web Mall items between September 1st and September 3rd"
But, the sale was only executed for 2 hours and 35 minutes, according to the time that you stated above. Isn't that a bit of unfair? Considering the time zone differences, those people who expected sales earlier before you executed it didn't buy at all, expecting that you might extend the sale for a few more hours, or days. And we didn't expect that you would refund 25% of those purchases made. Also, you didn't even publicized the discount at all. No statements in the Forums. You only posted that the sale had been up for almost three hours after it ended.
This is kind of redundant to what 'CommandoBB' said, but I'm just adding some points that he missed.
Come to think of it, it looks like a win-win situation for you, if you know what I mean.
But, either way, I'll look forward to the next sale. -

pinoyian, I agree with you on all accounts that this "Labour Day Event" ended unfairly for us. However, I understand that it isn't possible for them to have had a 25% rebate weekend *and* and 25% off weekend, for (what I assume are) financial reasons, technical reasons, etc. Of course the promised 25% discount would have been preferred, and they did make a mistake, but it can't be made up for immediately. I'm as sore as anyone else, considering I was unable to buy the Ak-47 Silver I would have been able to afford with the sale; but now I look forward to the next sale, which I have a sneaking suspicion will be of equal or greater discount. -

The thing is, we deposited MORE ZP than needed if the discount was active. So, we couldn't get back the excess money because it is already deposited. Like I said, it's a win-win situation for them. -

Don't have the mentality that just because this is a Canadian/American/British licensed game does mean that the players are only limited to that race and extent. -
