Important Announcement - Labour Day 25% Point Refund
Attention Z8 Gamers.
As many of you noticed and pointed out there was an issue over the weekend with the 25% off web mall sale.
We want to confirm details with you here and explain what happened.
This means that points were added back to your account as if the 25% sale had actually happened!
Also please note that all Login Crates were handed out on September 4th.
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank everyone for their patience with it. We will continue to bring to you new sales from our web mall and many new events throughout the back to school and fall seasons. Stay tuned for more from your favorite F2P FPS!
As many of you noticed and pointed out there was an issue over the weekend with the 25% off web mall sale.
We want to confirm details with you here and explain what happened.
1. There was a timing problem with the sale and as such was not executed correctly. This was fixed at 9:25pm EDT on Monday September 3rd.
2. You were able to get 25% off items from 9:25pm EDT on Sept 3rd until Midnight that night.
3. On Tuesday September 4th we refunded 25% of all purchases made through the web mall for all items (including BP).

So for anyone who decided "I'll wait and buy what I was waiting for 'cause they'll probably fix it when they get back from the weekend" just got screwed over?
For now it was more important to make sure the people who had spent points expecting a sale were taken care of.
And while short, there still was a 3 hour window where the sale actually worked on Sept 3rd which could have been taken advantage of by the category of people you describe.
We'll be doing many more sales and giveaways and events going forward so there will always be a chance to pick up free items or discounted items or ways to get extra zp to your account! -

THANK FOR NOTHING Z8 , YOU SUCK. i waited all the f***ing weekend for that discount that never appeared and now you say it will be another time , YOU BROKE A PROMISE. you said the 25 % off would be from 1 first of september to 3 of september and what is worst now you say : You were able to get 25% off items from 9:25pm EDT on Sept 3rd until Midnight that night. You are NOT doing what you said , in other words : you are treating us like if we were STUP*DS , i cant believe i trusted you , i spented so many time waiting the offer to come and now i realise the true: you dont care about your players becasue if you cared about us , you would put the 25 % again inmediately and thats the minimum thing . Again THANKS FOR NOTHING AND MAKING ME LOOSE MY TIME .

I'm extremely dissapointed in what occured, i have enough bp to have bought the ak silver 25% off, i checked the mall every day during the weekend i did not see the sale at all, now its over and i was not able to get the ak silver. Im sorry saiden but im ****ed.

In all honesty, Saiden, I do not find this fair. I checked the Web Mall all three days of the supposed event; I looked *many* times. And because I didn't happen to log on at the specific unannounced time, I didn't get to participate in the sale? This is not what was advertised on the CrossFire website, and the new sale time was not publicized beforehand. I find this to be relatively disappointing coming from Z8games, because the service is usually top-notch and error-free. -
For the fact that it was not announcend: Staff hasn't been working on weekend and therefore they couldn't make an announcement on that matter, as soon as they got back to office they fixed the issue and announcing it then, 3 hours before the event finished, wouldn't make sense imo.CommandoBB wrote: »In all honesty, Saiden, I do not find this fair. We definitely appreciate your comments. I understand your frustration. Unfortunately right now it is impossible for us to hold a "secondary" 25% off sale.
This is why we still gave back the points in refund to players who did make purchases on the site expecting the sale. Also, we want to make it clear that there will be web sales in the future. While we can't give that schedule at this moment, it is something to look forward to.
Unfortunately with the timing on things this past weekend we were unable to correct the mistake until very late on Monday. We do have staff here that works an incredible amount of time to keep the service running smooth and to the best of our abilities, but in the case of this particular long weekend some people just needed some time to be with their friends and families.
Hopefully you can understand this and look to the future as we bring you more sales and promotions as well as more free item giveaways for everyone involved! -
ok that is cool that you did that but i was wating for the sale to get a m4a1 silver but i did not have enough bp to get it full price my first day of school started tuesday so i have to go to bed at 8:30 pm so just cause you guy's screwed up i still cant get what i wanted i am not spending any more zp if this is all that you do about this

i think after this balls up ppl will spend there money elsewhere ie cs/go .
and the 25% mall was a lie cause on my machine auto click fresh on a next rig there was never 25%discount screenshots will be included in my complaint

Z8 ? or a big con - , i feel for players that have deposited lots of real cash to recive nothing , oh sorry the best edvent customers have recived is either 400% Exp/Gp + no death edvent that was nice considering your bleeding kids over 13 ? dry - for 3-4 years
we dont expect much considering this is a free to play game , sniff
keep it real z8 - you realy need to keep your customer's happy
else players will turn the other cheek and migrate to a (well) better graphical game that is fair for all Cs Go already on it

cuz we waited for the 25% sale and me and some others did not have enough bp to buy ak 47 or m4a1 silver at full price, plus there were other ppl who spent money for zp to spend on the mall but wasnt 25% off. its a scam to make ppl buy zp, this aint the first time it happened
