There's no need to take the shake right after or during the workout. As long as you hit your macros by day's end you'll be fine. Don't be that guy myawm. -

Actually if you don't in take some sort of protein rich food after a workout it is basically ruined. -

I don't think I have my flips anymore, been out of the game a few months but I'll get back in lol.
Ballroom dancing takes too much patience. I'm all about being spontaneous haha.
