Yes. I'm also 5 inches taller, have more strength and better muscle insertions. This is putting aside the fact that if I lifted for 4 years I would be 210lbs shredded. You and your homosexual crew of nerds putting up do you lift meme's doesn't mean you actually know anything about nutrition or weightlifting, you stumbled across some Zyzz videos and now you think you're top stuff but in reality you are an unaesthetic little cunt that will probably remain a virgin throughout the entire course of your boring life. -

I don't see the worth in responding to that idiotic response. He clearly has horrible quads and hamstrings. Sad really, 4 years? You don't even look like you lift, in 4 years you should almost be at a peak in physicality. -

Oh by the way, I never use protien shakes and I just workout natural. 4 years without protien takes a long time to build muscle. You cleary have using protien shakes!! Btw you need workout your arms,chest/abs/traps/legs doesn't look good. -
