So that gives us 2 options:
a) tool is in the basement, as it should be. You're not in the basement, also as it should be.
b) tool isn't in the basement, but you are. If you want to be out of the basement, tool has to return to the basement.

In case of a), you're not getting any babies as tool is still in the basement. In case of b), you are now property of Charon. If you want to get out of the basement, you'll have to do us a "favor". So no, you don't get no babies. And until I say so, you also don't get your freedom back.
