All clans should use growler for recruitment!

Growler is completely unnecessary to detect cheating...I should know.. I did hack reports while I was a mod.
They're not going to use graphical cheats like chams when using growler, that's the entire point! -
What I mean by the difference in how they play: In a non-cheating 1v1 you'll notice if they peek corners, or just pop out. You'll notice if they burst or spray. You see how they react. How are you going to know they're cheating? Their reflexes change, there nervousness dies down and their reflexes will be much sharper, as if they know where their enemy is lurking. You may not notice a difference in the 1v1, as they'll probably be playing normally, but say this person makes it in the clan: If he starts hacking again you'll notice a difference than how he played in the 1v1.
Aside from this I think it would be good instead of downloading Growler maybe to have a trusted clan mate spectate the other person. That would be simpler, and people wouldn't fuss over an overwatch. Said spectator would notice anything and everything that you could on Growler. Can we please stop fussing over this? There's too much derogatory posts on here. Kind of depressing to see how all of you act a mere and maybe helpful suggestion. -

I already do that, but they can never be 100% sure.
Growler makes me 100% sure that they aren't using chams. -

@GG ... it seems you wanna have less members, its ok I like clans with less member, if they are all active. But think for yourself, a normal tryout, without this stuff, you will have more requests as with it. Your direction gives you right, what you reached with your clan in past. To download something to join a clan is a little "OP"

What is the stigma of downloading a free program for 10 seconds? Like this is rediculous; some clans require a week tryout, and I'm only getting the people that tryout to do something that takes a few seconds! -

With a "little" clan what plays mainly at Alpha, I think you will see,
if anyone hacks. So, I don't think you must have this, for joining your clan. -

I've caught cheaters in the clan in the past, one very recently. With growler, I don't have to doubt my members whatsoever, where without it, I can't be sure that they are just good. -

Your old way was good enough, every clan have some black sheeps.
If you find yours, you kick them. Your clan plays mainly in 1 server,
so I don't think a clan member wouldn't tell you or VATAV that this
sheep hacks. -

Perfection is what I aim for, I don't want any "black sheep". It makes the clan look extremely bad if hackers are found in it. -
