what about if I have 170% exp (I do) plus 25exp% it will be 195%, so if I win 100wxp in a game. do i get bonus 195exp?
cuz i'm not sure if i can get more than 100% exp, sometimes i get 100% only and sometimes more but I think its because of the ace bonus.

What we sopose to do with clan money (ZP) if xp+ is out ? just put 50% xp+ back on clan money so we can reward our clan member who play alot !

No you got it all wrong.
These are percentages (%). What math level are you?
What you will do is take the EXP amount you win and multiply it by the percentage number (After taking out the percentage, meaning from 175% to 1.75 as a percentage number. So in your case you're going to do 100 x 1.75 to get a bonus EXP amount of 175.
