Question RE Ribbons & Kd Reset
Ok so my situation is; I currently have 19 ribbons and want 20 asap for obvious reasons. I've decided that the easiest and quickest ribbon I can get is the one for having a 2.0+ k/d but for this It would require me to reset my Kills/deaths as I'm currently 90k kills and 50k deaths and have no desire to farm to make up the difference and could easily maintain a 2.0 if I was starting from scratch.
My question is this; If I were to reset my K/d ratio would I lose my "Your no Tom Berenger" ribbon for having 5k+ headshots?
Been searching around for an answer but quite honesty most of the answers are clueless idiots spamming so that doesn't help a great deal Lol. I've seen several profiles as evidence of people that have reset their kd's recently and appear to still have the 5k head shot ribbon obtained but have also heard people claiming that they have reset and lost the ribbon causing some confusion on the whole issue.
PLEASE only reply if you know the legit answer for certain & I apologise in advance if someone has already asked this before as I'm not a frequent forum user.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion mate but I already have Spop unfortunatly, nice idea though.
I'll be buying the K/d & Win/Loss reset bundle using BP to reset if I do decide to go ahead with this plan, just need some solid confirmation I won't be losing a ribbon just to gain one.

Your other question should be: howmany kills do you need for the 2.0 KD to register?
Cause it can't be that the ribbon is awarded even when you have only 5 kills and 2 deaths...
But where is the line? 100 kills, 1k kills or more?
That would be my question anyways, maybe you already know the answer. -
Pink, that doesn't bother me besides I'm pretty sure when you check your profile it calc. if you have a 2.0kd or not and awards the ribbon on that basis regardless of how many kills you have.
Still need to know the answer to my origional question to decide wether to K/d reset or not in the first place. -
It's something I have considered GreatSiege, I could also just get the elite grade B badge for my final ribbon (Need several thousand sniper kills but hate sniping due to having low Fps) but the truth is I'm lazy, don't play that much anymore and just really want the 20 ribbon reward asap as I'm a huge gun collector freak lol.

When you read it it only states that it will reset kill/death and win/loses. I've also seen people with more hs and grenade kills then what it actually shows. Those special kills that they have (knife, grenade, hs) stay but since it seems your so close to 100k kills you might just want to stick with that if your really paranoid.
On a personal note I think it's a little depressing that people would reset their kdr especially at a higher level. Sure you can show off your new really high kdr but I think it's just another 90k kills your going to need to get back. Too me if your a high rank like a captain or higher with a kdr that's been reset it screams farmer to me. I know that most people won't farm and are just embarrassed by their low kdr but that's just my opinion -
To be completely honest I'm purely interested in obtaining the ribbon, I don't care what people may think about my Kdr or the amount of kills It will show me as having if I was to reset, I also don't play half as often as I used to so and don't have the patience to obtain another 10k kills or so unfortunatly.

Im pretty sure reseting your Kd DOES reset your headshots but I'm not sure if it also removes the ribbon for having 5k+ headshots, thats my dilema lol

GEEEZ for the 114543657th time, even when you buy it, it says RESET KILLS/DEATH + WINS/LOSSES.
DOES NOT AFFECT HEADSHOTS, DOES NOT AFFECT THE RIBBON.
It has been in a truckload of posts.
