Modding Ghost Mode breath

It doesnt update.
When I uninstalled my current realtek to install this one as it needed that it wont even show up in side bar.
WAS IT ALL FOR NOTHIN?

Side bar? You mean your task bar?
Select the start button, go to control panel, click hardware and sound, and it should be on that list to click on.

Otherwise select the start button, type in "realtek" in the serach field, and click it when it pops up.

No need to reinstall, just mark the option "loudness equalization" and the button appears.

which one do i download? drivers or codecs.

Codecs includes the drivers and comes with software.
The Drivers are just the basic things needed to work the sound.
