i would also prefer toronto if it is difficult to acquire a lan client, if there is a good amount of players on east coast/CA, it will most likely be held in Toronto/Montreal, passports shouldn't be an issue, range around 80-120 depending on age etc and can be used for many things.

as far as hospitality goes, i will be work with local motels/hotels and restaurants for discounts, also my uncle owns a few hotels in toronto.

If i do get support from certain places, Z8/Sponsors, a good amount of cross fire teams, it is probable to have it around late summer or even fall,

cash prizes will be handed out to winning S&D team 3000-5000 per a 5 man team

500-1000 to 2nd place

ZP/Items to 3rd place

and

ZP/items to the other mode winners,

there will be a entry fee to cover some of the expenses required to hold this event,

A) it will be a bring your own computer event (unlikely)

Lan center with supplied gear (bring your mouse/pad/headset/keyboard if necessary)

I already do have a name copyrighted, legal representation, and working on a website currently, also funds are avail etc.

It would be nice to have this lan jointly organized by Z8 and myself, also perhaps ESG (Stated above), i wouldn't mind it at all, organizing this is a lot of work by myself but very possible, what I hope for more is help from the community and dedication to sticking around long enough for this event to even be a success.

also it most likely won't result into a bring your own event
