Didn't notice this became a sticky, thanks for that.

On a sidenote, I've managed to dig up the .PSD files of the maps (Castle/Santoria missing).

There's 11 .PSD's + a readme included.

Are the BW callouts correct? Because I know infused and my cs 1.6 clan used a much different set of callouts >.< like B Stairs = Water in CF.
Middle A = CAT
Middle B = B Connector.

Etc. Dunno guess these are a good starting place if you are a new competitive team though.

Yeah, some calls are pretty outdated. (For whichever reason, they changed anyway)

You call either water or stairs, as they're very different positions.
Usually you'd distinguish between cat and the bridge-thing (elbow?) on A too.

Not that my calls are perfect by any means, but when I call BW positions I call B water, B stairs, and B bridge separate. I call an upper cat (on wood near site,) lower cat (mid entrance to cat stairs,) and cat stairs also separate. I do call B connector from mid to B bridge. And depending on which side (T or CT) I call either right side mid, or left side mid if you understand what what I mean there.
