Ay man. I just got Steam and it looked like CS:GO was free to play this weekend, so I just downloaded that sht in 10 minutes and hopped into a few games. I'll admit, it was kinda fun, but I dunno about buyin' this sht. I'll admit that it's probably a solid investment for $10, but I don't know how to go about buying games on Steam. Seems like there aren't many ways besides CC/Paypal, and I don't feel like walking over to GameStop at any point to go buy Steam cards. It's not so much the money or inconvenience; more like I don't really want another game to have to pick up when I just became competitive in CF. Though there are a few advantages, I guess, e.g. all players are low ping and I get lower ping than in CF, plus there aren't any internet issues. I'm gonna have to think about it man...but still, I don't want to get into a whole new game when I just got into CF. We can play together tomorrow though and maybe you could bring me up to speed (remember I haven't played CS since 1.6, and even then I didn't really play it very much) on some things. The graphics are definitely nice. Anyway add me on Steam.
